Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Time

It takes approximately 5-10 business days from order to delivery, depending on destination and weight.
We have no control over the number of days it takes for your package to arrive after it is shipped.
We also have no control over delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that shipment may be delayed for this reason.

Shipping Partners

Your order will be shipped from Japan to your destination via EMS (Express Mail Service).
For shipping to your country of residence, please visit the EMS website below.

EMS International Mail (Countries and Areas)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of the shipment and can contact the shipping company directly.
For large items or for countries where EMS is prohibited, we will ship your package by DHL instead.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery service.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout, unless otherwise stated. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies, tax rates, and import regulations vary by country and may change without notice. We are unable to predict whether any charges will apply, or how much they may be.

Please check with your local customs office or relevant tax authority before placing your order for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, refusal of delivery, or returned shipments caused by customs clearance, import restrictions, unpaid duties or taxes, or other procedures in the destination country.

  • VAT and other taxes charged by the destination country
  • Consumption taxes charged by the destination country
  • Importation taxes
  • Additional shipping costs for shipping within destination country

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Free shipping is available for orders that meet the following minimum order amounts:

  • USA: Free shipping on orders of USD $100 or more
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders of CAD $140 or more
  • Europe: Free shipping on orders of EUR €100 or more
  • Oceania: Free shipping on orders of AUD $140 or more

For orders below these amounts, shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Please note that the free shipping threshold applies only to shipping fees. Import duties, VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery service are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
