Refund policy

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us using the Contact Us form within 1 week of receiving the product.
  • We will only accept returns of items in new and unused condition.
  • Basically, returns and refunds will be handled only in the case of our negligence.
  • If an item is damaged by you or others after purchase, it cannot be returned.
  • Product photos may differ slightly from actual colors.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns due to differences in color or size between the photo and the actual item.
  • If an item is returned to our store due to refusal to receive or unknown address, we will not be able to provide a refund.
  • The customer shall bear the cost of resending the item.
